What drives e-commerce repurchase intention? Mediating role of customer satisfaction

Purpose — The main objective of this study is to evaluate the behavioral models TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and SDL (Service Dominant Logic). Its specific focus investigate how ease use, servitization, security impact repurchase intention in e-commerce. Additionally, aims examine mediating role customer satisfaction.Method This utilized quantitative method which involved an online survey with 125 student participants. sampling technique non-probability purposive sampling. validity reliability outer model were assessed through SmartPLS analysis, while smartPLS inner was used test hypotheses.Result Our findings indicate that there a direct on intentions we observed perceived satisfaction serves as mediator e-commerce intention.Contribution provides empirical evidence e-commerce, serving primary frameworks for analysis.
